This company does not make the rest areas safe. They do not do their job at all. Never checks the area for problems or issues. They are the worst “security company”. They need negative stars.

Was at a rest area on 75 (mile marker 346 southbound) April 4th when a security guard approached my truck and started harassing me. It lasted ALL night starting shortly after 10 pm. He approached telling me I couldn’t park there – but there weren’t any signs indicating I couldn’t. He told me he was calling FHP which I was okay with because I was out of time and legally couldn’t move. I waited a bit and then decided to lay in the bunk – he didn’t like that. Pulled in front of my truck flashing the high and low beams in my window. I closed the one curtain. He got out and started beating on my truck all the way down – including the trailer. I asked him to not strike my truck which made him even angrier. He said he would harass me all night long. Revved his engine, continued to hit my truck and trailer multiple times, flashing his lights at me. This is unfortunate because I legally couldn’t move and he said that wasn’t his problem. So he wants truckers to violate the law?

I OWN TSP SECURITY SERVICES LLC B1600249. I WAS AT A REST AREA IN MY PATROL VEHICLE AT 0500 AM ON 10/3/2023 ONE YOUR OFFICERS WALKED AROUND MY VEHICLE AND THEN APPROACHED . I WAS ABOUT TO EXIT THE VEHICLE TO ASK WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS BUT HE WAS VERY POLITE AND JUST MENTIONED THAT HE WANTED TO KNOW IF THE UNIT WAS ONE OF YOURS . IT WAS GOOD TO SEE AN OFFICER ON DUTY !

Good company to work for. There are more slackers, with guard license, than those with good work ethics. A bad supervisor, that likes to play favorites, now and again. They are weeded out quickly. Upper management has a good vision. Inner management such as; payroll, could stand some changes. Pay is always on time, however they won’t correct their own mistakes. Do whats right, then go home, thats how you remain employed.

This guy comes banging on my truck to wake me up to let me know I can’t be parked at a rest area to sleep as a Trucker! To move or get towed well bud I like to see that happen call the highway patrol they can move me!

Had to wait on my boss this evening near Orlando and thought the best place to wait would be at a rest area with a security guard. Parked next to the palAmerican security car. Well so far I have been here two hours and have not seen anyone patrolling the rest area. Guess the state is paying for the thought of security and no guard!
