I have used Signal 88 Security of Sarasota for the last 3 years now. Their officers are very professional to my residents and my own management team. They always come in to say hi. The Management team at Signal 88 always calls you back if you have questions, if you haven’t had a chance to read your nightly reports they will personally let you know what happened. Signal 88 is a great investment to have as they not only follow through with what they say they will do but they provide my residents with peace of mind. My residents know they can call after hours and get an actual person, not a voicemail box.

Signal 88 is one of the best Security companies around. Their entire team, from the guards to the management team and owner, are honest, reliable and will do everything to ensure our property and residents are taken care of. Our regular guard makes it a point to meet and build relationships with our residents, which leads to our residents feeling confident that Signal 88 takes care of our security needs.

Poor service and compliance. Un marked vehicles leaving bogus violations. Thanks for your input. Plain clothed unfriendly man standing by my car for 10 minutes an hour before the HOA curfew, driving an unmarked car and leaving a violation at an improper time. Just to clarify….

Suntide Island Beach Club uses Signal 88 Security for all of our security services and have found them to be extremely responsive to our every need. Signal 88 goes above and beyond regular patrolling as they also close down our pool and spa, inspect grills, and enforce property rules such as no smoking, no glass on the pool deck, etc. Our guests can also rely on Signal 88 to respond to non-emergency situations for issues such as swimming after hours, late night loud or obnoxious behavior, etc. We have magnets on every unit refrigerator with the non-emergency number so our guests can call for a Signal 88 officer to respond to any of the above situations. We recently added an afterhours lockout service where our guests can have a Signal 88 officer respond should they be locked out of their room. We also use Signal 88 to provide an onsite officer during high volume holidays such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, the annual boat race weekends, etc. One of the best features of Signal 88 is their daily email reports detailing their nightly patrols which include pictures. Also all of their officers drive easily identifiable vehicles and wear bright colored uniforms with the Signal 88 logo and/or patrol officer emblazoned on the front, side or back of their shirts. These guys are amazing, they took over after having a horrible experience with our last security agency, they have been doing a phenomenal job keep all our property safe. Their employees are professional and respond in a timely matter if we have any concerns on our property.
