Pressed 0 to speak with the operator the guy was very disrespectful in a condescending way. And put me on the do not answer list because I inquired about speaking with the financial department of his agency And mr owner you phone line has a direct extension for towed vehicles this comment is in reference to the ladies car being towed at her apartment cuz no permit the scratch on her car

It seems like they’re closed, but never mentioned it online. Showed up to their office and the place was completely blacked out and looks like they had moved out of their office. Just a couple of vehicles stored in the parking lot, and I can never get a hold of anybody either online or over the phone. Nobody returns any messages. I’ve been attempting to get additional training from them for a while. Can’t find anybody to talk to within the company.

They towed my car for not having the parking permit, but scratched the paint on my door from entering the vehicle. Of course, can’t “prove” it… but my car is brand new and they are the only ones who recently went into it when they took it.

Our Home Owners Association has had issues with speeding in our neighborhood and SSP helped us deal with the issue by providing professional courteous staff in a well equipped patrol car. We have had a number of positive comments from community members and drivers, both owners and visitors, appear to be slowing down. Thanks SSP!
