This company is supposed to Provide safety but they have people that are supposed to provide safety, however in reality they have an security guard at the property where I live that act like they belong to a gang and not to a security company. This man yelled and got in my son’s face ( an underage teenager) because our dog urinated in outside the building. When my spouse went downstairs trying to understand what happened he continued with a very aggressive tone, yelling at her . All of this happened In front of other residents. We sent an email we we got Not apologies for what happened. No empathy whatsoever! The way the situation is being handled shows lack of empathy towards others and not work ethic. The fact that they have people with a deplorable attitude, not respect towards others and certainly not proper education is very concerning and preoccupying to say the least.

😣 completely useless. Half the time they don’t respond. I called to ask them to go upstairs and ask whoever was playing the loud music to turn it down because it was after 11pm on a final week. They asked “which apartment?” I said “I don’t know, you will have to walk up the stairs and figure it out.” Guess what they did? Showed up at my apartment and said “someone called for security?” Yea hun super helpful, I told you to look for the noise and not just show up at my apartment door dumbfounded and wake up/bother me and my roommates.

One of there marked patrol vehicles tailgating on the 408 and i4, changing lanes with out signaling almost causing an accident and speeding. Called to report it only to get sent to a dead end voicemail. Professionalism starts at the top and guess there is no from reading all the other reviews.

I called Signal Security at 10:45 PM to report a noise complaint. They assured me that an officer would be dispatched to address the issue. However, to my dismay, no one arrived. This lack of response not only left the problem unresolved but also raised serious doubts about the dependability of their service. When seeking a security service, one expects prompt and efficient action, especially in situations that could potentially escalate. The failure of Signal Security to send an officer as promised is not just about failing to resolve a noise complaint; it’s about undermining the trust clients place in them for their security needs. Their unfulfilled assurance and the consequent lack of action are concerning. It reflects poorly on their commitment to client safety and satisfaction.

Instruct the security guards that when a resident calls about unnecessary noises, they should know that after 10 pm they can complain not before they are sending the patrol when it is not any type of emergency if it is 6:30 pm and it is Wednesday Before Thanksgiving, laughter is not unnecessary, so orient the guards who are in radio control or dispatch well.

Terrible company, all their guards will just sit in the cars and be on the phone. You ask them for help forget it won’t move a foot to assist you

This is the worst security they supposedly watch over our community and you don’t even see them only pass in there patrol cars at 4 in the morning we have kids out of control in the pool at close to 11pm screaming and making all kinds of noises I called signal 88 3 times already and nobody comes, so why say we have security when we don’t we use to have Guarda they were fantastic security this signal 88 is awful it’s definitely a thumbs 👎

I just witnessed one of your patrol vehicles traveling well over 100 mph on the 408 near downtown Orlando…..completely oblivious to a construction zone, flashing lights, and orange cones blocking lanes of traffic. Very dangerous, unprofessional, and an embarrassment to your agency…Tuesday April 12, 2022 at approximately 4:30am.

I thought this was a good company how the owner & manger was talking. One day I pulled up to my post ONE time In seen another officer I called the manger he stated he didn’t make the schedule in for me to take that Monday off. Long story short I didn’t know that I was FIRED in til this day the manger still haven’t told me why . Bad business & very unprofessional no communication what so ever!!!!
