Horrible company fired me because I didn’t have my shirt tucked & also used my cell phone on site when other employees do the same thing horrible company they don’t care about you they just want to make there money off there client don’t work here !

Bryant Security Corp.This company long time ago was a very good company & almost everybody wanted to work for this company.But right now is not the best Company.The lady that interviewed me was very nice & the front receptionist was nice to.But when she assigned to the Dupont Building.The guard there look like a homeless not shaved hair coming out of he’s nose.Dressed like old black cargo pant that was wash twenty thousand times & Black shirt & old security jacked.He told me you can’t not sit at the front lobby.He told me not to wear my tie.Also the person to train me.Appear when he feel liked & the guy working there never notified the company about it.Also he say very rude that he doesn’t train anybody.All you people looking to work for this Company don’t waste your time.They hire unprofessional people.Rude & not willing to train you.Also people that don’t appear to work on time or never show up.That the case at Dupont Building.There a much better security Companies outhere.That are not big.But their are Proffessional & their don’t hire garbage guards & are very selective in how they hire & they willing to train you accordingly & Proffessional. Bryant Security Company was good long time ago.Right now is not good anymore.Do yourself a favor.Dont apply for this Company with homeless like guards,rude & unprofessional.Do yourself a favor if you are in need of job.Look nowhere else.

I have for this company for 2 months , no kind of respect or any one knows what they doing sign up for one schedule and was force to do something else , cheating on my weekly pay and hours There’s a huge problem when they give you a schedule and the school director give a next so who are you really working for and don’t like to pay for overtime and ask to and also force to stay and don’t pay was treatin as well. I was paid for 6 weeks overdue when I ask I was told to bring my wages one week plus 5 weeks of overtime uniform in the nerve of these people unbelievable All these security companies looking forx military x , police, sheriff certified and training by law enforcement and don’t want to pay for you and you’re qualifications security has gone to a low ball level

The treatment of guards by this company is utterly unacceptable, marked by poor treatment, the use of threatening tactics for compliance, and bigotry from management. Overall, the company’s practices are deeply troubling and demand significant caution.

Honestly the best security company I’ve ver worked with. The managers are understanding and flexible on top of resourceful. I’m honestly glad I left Allied for this company.

I’ve called 5 times over the course of two weeks to follow up on an interview and to try to get full time work. Front desk people say everytime they will email the person in charge or leave my number to have him call me back but never do. Very rude and unprofessional if that’s how they treat people I don’t want to work for that. The manager in charge seems literally unavailable everyday of the week. Tired of security companies in Florida treating people and employees like trash these days . I drove all the way to Miami for an interview too. I have 5 years worth of security and see the same pattern with most companies I work for..bad administration and management.

Great company to work for
