ZM Remodeling 3 months agoZM Remodeling is awesome. If i could give 10 stars I would. When a contractor actually cares about your project- shows up when he says he will – accomplishes the job swiftly- also being very respectful of your home – there just aren’t too many others that would do that. If you want a class act – extremely professional job that is done to perfection and on time – look no further than ZM Remodeling! You won’t have 1 reject or issue – simply wonderful!!!

Umbare Homes a year agoSo lets get this straight i have not used this company before. I did however contact them for almost a whole home remodel. I have yet to see a reputable company price gouge this aggressively before. First off they wont come to the home to give an estimate they just have “set prices sight unseen as their formula” over the phone i was told to tile an approximate 150sqft shower with myself providing the tile would cost me $8000 at least and to do the bathroom full remodel with me proving the material would be a minimum of $21,000 and mind you the bathroom is only 9×5… I was then told to demo and tile and again myself providing the tile for an approximate 900-1000sqft would cost me $12,600 minimum. We did not get any further to my numerous other tasks such as my kitchen and laundry room and some wall accents because they were unable to tell me how they were coming up with these prices and the only answer i got was virtually thats they dont want “small jobs” like this so they just over bid the job to not waste their time. NOT ONLY DOES THE COMPANY REPLY TO THE POOR REVIEW I LEFT FOR EXPOSING THEM THEY THEN TRY TO DISCREDIT ME WHEN I HAVE A W2 TO PROVE MY PROFESSION AND NOT ONLY DOES THIS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR PRICING ITS JUST A SAD ATTEMPT TO TRY MOVING THE SPOTLIGHT OFF OF THEM. YOUR BUSINESS RECORDS ALL CALLS SO THATS THE PROOF IN THE PUDDING RIGHT THERE THAT NOTHING I HAVE STATED IN THIS REVIEW IS FALSE OR MISLEADING.

The workers were immaculate, respectful and knew their trades. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for remodeling work.

Gilbert Design Build a year agoI am extremely pleased with the total remodel of the master bathroom by Gilbert Design Build. The entire process was smooth going, professional with very high quality products & workmanship. Fernando was spot on with the redesign and was very helpful in the selection process of products & was in tune with my style & preferences. Justin was a super project manager and seamlessly coordinated all workers and ensured that installation & product delivery went smooth & timely. Justin communicated with me all time & was available to answer questions & offer suggestions. He always was responsive to calls & messages. Jesse did the majority of the installation. Jesse kept me in the loop & consulted with me when an unforeseen circumstance occurred. Jesse has a positive “can-do” attitude and approaches any adjustment creatively & always got the job done. His attention to detail is impeccable.All the professionals who came to do work were polite, careful of the property and always left everything cleaned up inside & out.
