Faced with an urgent need for security at two locations, I reached out to Viewpoint around 9PM with a hope and a prayer. Remarkably, by 6AM the next day, their team was in place, ensuring safety and peace of mind. Director Suber was nothing short of a lifeline during this period. His communication was clear, continuous, and reassuring, extending from late-night planning sessions right through to the following day’s operations. His commitment to over-the-phone coordination until nearly 11PM, followed by multiple proactive updates, was a testament to their dedication. Given the task by my HOA of hurricane preparedness and the aftermath, I contacted Viewpoint Security regarding possible security guard 24/7 at our entrance in the event we experience flooding. Mr. Suber returned my call very quickly and came to the neighborhood to meet me and get a lay of our streets. In our discussions I learned that Viewpoint could also offer us communication via text with our residents as well as resident vehicle decals. Mr Suber attended our next HOA Board meeting and presented exceptionally professional information packets outlining all the services we had discussed and the costs. He answered all questions of our residents and Board highlighting his knowledge and experience. Rewarding to find a company willing to listen to your needs and do their best to deliver on them.

I had an emergency with our fire system being off line.Viewpoint responded with very short notice to provide 24 hour fire watch for the facility. They provided all of the required log books and were very professional at all times. They are now my number one security company!! I highly recommend Viewpoint for all of your security needs!!

Active Shooter Prevention and Training Seminar I attended an Active Shooter seminar for the hospitality industry in Jacksonville. Great and (unfortunately) very timely content. Presenter was excellent with a lot of real-life stories. This definitely got my attention but I left feeling empowered and confident not worried.

Viewpoint Security provided a seamless solution for our event in Jacksonville, Florida. From the initial consultation, to payment options to security detail options we knew we were protected by professionals. They reviewed all vulnerabilities in and around the venue and eliminated any areas of concerns. Although, their security presence was known and felt there was a since of invisible protection throughout the event. Unfortunately we live in a time where public gatherings may targeted, but fortunately we were able to trust Viewpoint Security for a safe day without any worries by event participants, staff and attendees.
