weird that i left a review, came back to see if i got a response just to see that my review was gone, so i’ll say it again. WORST experience of my life. i have never been spoken to in such a degrading tone. oh, and then told i should pray about my issue instead. how professional! im now too afraid to call my complex’s own security out of fear ill be spoken to that way again. cant take them seriously.

I had to deal with a licensed guard on the phone Alex A with dunedin signal 88 he completely dismissed my concerns and when i asked some questions he told me I wasn’t worth his time to explain or come out to the property to do his job. Worthless Alex A is for the company. He obviously will not do his job why is he being paid.

My vehicle was damaged as a result of this company placing an expired tag notice on my windshield at an apartment complex, breaking the windshield wiper completely off of its housing with the housing still attached to the arm and leaving the wiper on the hood of my car. No apology for the damage or phone call from the apartment complex. 👎👎👎

Signal88 is a joke. Their wanna be security officers spend their time harassing residents rather than doing there job. They also might want to educate their “officers” on what their position is because last time I checked you’re not cops so goodbye.

I’m not sure how they train they employees but they have a security guard by the name of “Gerard from Brooklyn” that was flashing a flashlight through my windows at 11:30 at night, startled me and then I caught him in my driveway, not sure what he was doing and when i told him i was d homeowner, he was incredibly argumentative, trying to bully me and intimidate me telling me he’s from Brooklyn and threatening me. I will be checking my car in the morning for any damage or scratches to my vehicle.

Was down visiting on business and staying at the Avalon wanted to grill up some steaks by the pool last night before leaving and the pool was closing your officer let me stay to finish my grilling while he went to lock up another property and sure enough he came back got the pool all locked up I offered him a steak but he politely declined I respect a company that isn’t so bossy and pushy when it comes to public servants definitely would recommend this company to protect any property
