if I could give this company, zero stars, or maybe minus stars I would. I watched these security officers abuse people when it wasn’t necessary. I saw them, taunt people, and argue with people, and escalate situations that there was no need to escalate. They act childish and are discriminatory against women and people of race creed color. Obviously, none of them are veterans, because a veteran would not act in such a disruptive inappropriate manner. Allied officers had to literally remove Neural security officers from RTD property, because they would not stop screaming and yelling inappropriate comments to our other guards and passengers alike.

No communication during the application process. When answering the phone, saying “This is operations”. Is neither an effective or professional way of communicating. It shows a lack of engagement in the interaction and creates a poor impression for all parties involved. For a security company, this immediately creates a lack luster impression and essentially spells, “ I don’t care just pay me” attitude. You need to state, “Good evening ‘morning’, this is Mercurial Security operations, I am ‘Insert name’ how may I be of assistance? When you avoid stating your name, it shows a lack of professional integrity and displays an unwillingness to own up to your conduct. Also, a company is only as good as its word. Don’t claim to do something that you have no intention to uphold.Transparency is a vital aspect of recruitment. I was unfortunately vastly underwhelmed with this company.

Can’t give zero stars Staff is uninformed and also harassed me on more then one instance Bunch of wannabe police officers that let their power go to their head don’t listen to reason as well as enforcing rules to one individual and not others

I have worked with a number of security companies in Colorado Springs and Mercurial Security Solutions is by far the best. It is no wonder the downtown area trusts them to patrol the area. They have taken great care of our business!

I took a handgun class with Mercurial Security Solutions this summer. Although I already had my CCW permit, I still learned a lot of new information in the classroom portion of the class. They presented the information very well and did a great job on stressing the safe handling of weapons. They demonstrated everything in the class, and had us practice the various scenarios as we discussed them. After the classroom portion of the class, we went to the shooting range to practice with live ammunition. Again stressing safety, and proper handling of firearms, they taught us different drills and put us in specific scenarios (mimicking a firearm malfunction such as a jam or failure to fire). Furthermore they analyzed our posture, grip, and our stance to correct issues and improve aim. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, learned a lot of new information and received a lot of great tips on how to improve my aim and the general handling of a firearm. I will recommend Mercurial Security Solutions to anyone looking for training, CCW classes, security services or security consulting.
