Leadership at this company needs to humble their (SECURITY) guards. Notice how I emphasized the word security? Sunday 4/14/2024 just prior to midnight, I was exiting the promenade on N. General Kearny and Margarita Road- heading to Temecula Valley Hospital due to an emergency. After waiting for the light to cycle- it did not. So I crept forward, ensuring the intersection was completely clear. It was. According to CVC21453 “ In some emergency situations, it is permissible to run a red light, as long as you do so in the safest way possible.” I personally believe someone splitting their head on the asphalt, demonstrating a venous bleed is dictated as an emergency. IDK, maybe that’s based on my experience as an aviation rescue swimmer in the Navy. However, just as I was crossing the intersection, the (SECURITY) guard in a blue and yellow Honda CRV who was patrolling the Olive Garden parking lot had the audacity to turn his overhead lights on, presumably using it as an intimidation tactic, attempting to make me believe he was a law enforcement officer. He used his lights on a public highway. This is in direct violation of CVC25279, and was caught on my rear camera. I’m not going to turn the footage over to the city, but I think it would be wise to remind your security guards they are NOT law enforcement officers, and they have zero authority in regards to traffic violations.

I had the pleasure of working part time for Tony and Francesca at Signal88 for the better part of two years. They were fantastic employers. Signal 88 provides security services to the HOA I manage in Temecula. I have been in my field for about 20 years and have worked with MANY security/patrol companies over the years. Signal 88 is head and shoulders above their competition. They have consistently exceeded my expectations since their service began. All staff members I have come into contact with have been professional and polite. One of my favorite services they provide is that I get daily reports of their patrols and observations. Now, I know most security/patrol companies do some kind of daily activity reports as well, but usually they are not very informative and get routinely discarded. With Signal 88, however, nearly ALL of the daily reports have valuable, timely information such as names of residents that were having trouble with their access cards not working, damage to the facility needing repair, safety concerns or observations in the pool areas, documentation of verbal exchanges with problematic residents and trespassers, the list goes on and on! If you have been thinking about making a change to your security provider, look no further! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIGNAL 88 SECURITY!

I absolutely enjoyed working for this company. Except for two minor incidents with two of the supervisors or patrol officers that felt they didn’t need to help women out and lie about their job it was an awesome company to work for I enjoyed it I would love to go back
