I was sitting in my vehicle at Chase Bank in Montgomery Village and noticed a homeless individual waving a stick around and screaming, while he was approaching a mother and her two young daughters at the ATM. At this same time, this company’s vehicle with a security guard sitting inside was in the parking lot, facing this whole incident taking place. The car, nor the security guard moved. He just sat there and stared. He wasn’t speaking, so I know he wasn’t on the phone calling the police. How pathetic that this company couldn’t even, at minimum, be a deterrent or at least report this. The lady and children were obviously scared and started walking away, even before she finished her transaction on the ATM. I got out of my vehicle, yelled at the individual, and told him to get out of the area. Once he did, I stood by while the lady finished her transaction. The security guard STILL did nothing. Just sat there.

I had the pleasure of working with Armorous Security with my last employer. Their team went above and beyond not only onsite with their guards, but throughout the whole company. Whenever we had a issue, it was addressed immediately. I really appreciate working with a company that not only cares about their guards but their clients too. The team of guards that were onsite, were always dressed professional and really were the ambassadors of our company. They greeted all our guests with a smile and were always super helpful. They really felt like part of our company. I truly felt safe when they were onsite. I would highly recommend using Armorous Security.

Not a great company to work for they claim to pay higher then industry standard when they don’t its the same as any other security company even lower at some sites. they also claim to value their guards as much as the clients, well if you want your calls to supervisors to go to voice mail and your emails to go un answered for weeks at a time then this is the place. Don’t even think about internal promotions unless your friends with upper management or related to one. The biggest thing they like to advertise is how they “Do security different” when in reality they don’t do anything that any other company wouldn’t do I worked there for month’s and saw nothing special that i haven’t seen at other company’s. management almost seemed to be falling apart.
