This San diego branch will not stop contacting me!! I keep asking them via email to stop contacting every single week,2 or 3x a week. I literally get messages from a lady name Michelle and Jessica, constantly like stalkers but then when I call and I talk to Jessica she chickens out and says ” hmm we can’t find you” Liars,passive agressive. Tell someone to stop and what do they do because there childish? They contact you more and more then lie about doing it.Its like asking a kid to not slam a door..they’ve gotta keep doing it because of immaturity. I’ll be contacting the police for harassment if they don’t stop.

Disparities in enforcing rules from the trolley security. Disparities in who they show proper customer service. Often times they do not kick off non ticket holders who are college students or non black. Two have harassed me and I always have my fare. They are not on the trolley when a lot of serious offenses occur like open drug use, smoking, drinking. If some of them see a “dangerous” looking non ticket holder, they do not approach them, yet they have harassed black women with tickets. For the workers who do there jobs ethically, this critical accurate review is not referring to you. The trolley does not need more security. The trolley needs more ethical, competent, non biased security.

I recently had an unsettling experience with a company during the hiring process, and unfortunately, the individual who handled my application was Michelle. Initially, everything seemed promising after a successful interview, but things took a turn for the worse soon after. Michelle ,michael and jessica gave me the runaround, repeatedly contacted me only to later ignore my messages, and even had the audacity to tell me to disregard his previous communications after reaching out twice and repeatedly. This unprofessional behavior left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. It is disappointing to encounter such lack of professionalism from someone representing a company. Clear communication and respect for candidates are essential in the hiring process, and Michael’s actions fell short of these basic expectations. I hope that this feedback serves as a reminder for Michael and the company to improve their communication practices and treat all applicants with the respect they deserve. A negative experience like this can significantly impact a candidate’s perception of a company and its representatives. In conclusion, my interaction with Michael during the hiring process was disappointing, and I would caution others to be wary of similar unprofessional behavior when dealing with this branch of the company

Working at Inter-Con has been a challenging experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking employment in the security industry. Here are some of the key issues I encountered: Disorganization and Inconsistency: The company’s internal processes are completely unorganized. Dispatch and scheduling are chaotic and inconsistent, leading to unnecessary stress for employees. As a security guard, I often found myself unsure of my assignments due to poor communication and lack of clear instructions. Incompetent Account Managers: The account managers at IC Security Company are woefully inadequate. Their decision-making skills are questionable, and they struggle to handle even basic tasks. Their lack of competence affects not only the employees but also the overall effectiveness of the company. Discrimination and Retaliation: Shockingly, discrimination and retaliation are prevalent with the account managers (Victor González). Employees are treated unfairly based on factors such as race, gender, or personal disagreements. This toxic environment creates a sense of fear and mistrust among the staff. Lack of Communication: Communication between account managers and supervisors is minimal, if not nonexistent. This lack of dialogue hinders productivity and teamwork. Important information often falls through the cracks, leaving employees feeling isolated. Broken Promises Regarding Training: IC Security promises basic training opportunities during the hiring process. However, in reality, they provide little to no training. As a guard, I expected professional development, but unfortunately, it never materialized. In comparison to other security companies I’ve worked for, the experience at IC Security falls short. If you’re considering employment here, I recommend exploring other options. Your well-being and career growth deserve better than what this company offers.

Training with Tim is really fun. He keeps the class entertained and is a very informative instructor. Victor and Duncan are very great people. They are personable and clear. Work has been great throughout every step. Questions are welcomed and get I can answers to everything without foul. I’m glad I can work with a team that has great transparency skills and a welcoming work environment.

So far so good!! I JUST got hired, went through the interview with ease. My interviewer/Inter-Con Representative, Ariana, was THE BEST! She was prepared for my arrival, had my information in front of her, clearly explained the mission of Inter-Con, explained what they were looking for, and after seeing my credentials and experience…She was able to make an on-the-spot decision to hire me for the job I was best suited for! SO FAR SO GOOD! THANK YOU ARIANA!!!

Some of the people they hire for public safety are horrible people who just want to pepper spray homeless people and say horrible things to them.
