Be warned before accepting employment from this piticular security agency MR SCOTT IS A REAL rude use your imagination for all the colorful words ill give respect not to say about him . He will definitely belittle you and speak to you as your nothing. Read every negative review and I promise it’s very true concerning this guy some individuals owning a business should take courses on treating employees and new hires with respect. I worked for this clown for three days before I called him a PO$h$@:@tty and quit he called me at 0600 barking questions at me drilling me on job details after me being up all night and securing the premises of his contract telling me to Write down fifteen things I should know about his job . My understanding is put it in writing what your desire employee’s to follow not your ignorant rants. I did meet to of the coolest guards Jonathan and Mark . Cool guys on a positive note the jerk will pay you but I’d rather work free and receive respect then work for wages to receive from a jerk .

SCOTT called me for an interview and insisted that I don’t refer to him as “Man” and to call him “Sir” this guy needs serious mental help counseling and lots of luck to your future candidates.

Great company and environment to work for. I absolutely love the way the CEO runs his company and his vision. The company is very well-run and supportive to my needs. I would highly recommend Excalibur Security, Inc. for guards and employment. This is the absolute best security company I have ever worked for. If you are searching for guards or a place of employment then Excalibur Security, Inc. is the place to go and you will never be disappointed. I love this company!

Some whack job (Scott, states he is the owner) calls you by surprise, on a Sunday afternoon. Good to have an interview but, the dude interrupts you as you attempt to answer his sporadic, unorganized line of questioning. All the while, touting on his prowess of being a perfect interviewer and how you or not up to his superior level, I guess a 25 year law enforcement/ security management career was a waist to me. By the way, the dude was on a run during this long, torturous, rambling job interview. After a long, exhausting, fruitless, berating conversation, I was offered an entry level position, after applying for a Manager position. Two word for this perfect interviewer “DECAF BRO”!. Advise for potential employees, pack your patience, you will need it.

Talked to the guy regarding a management position which I had applied to and instead starts telling me that im not hire able even tho I got a lot of credible experience and knowledge. He began telling me that I should apply with other companies since they like to throw money away. Keep in mind i have never met the guy or talked to him besides this 3 min conversation… The small conversation itself let me know why i shouldn’t work for this company.

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! CALLED AND SPOKE TO PAUL WHO WANTED TO KNOW “WHY I WASNT WORKING RIGHT NOW “AND “HAVE I LOOKED AT THE HUNDREDS OF JOBS THAT ARE ON INDEED, ETC?” I REMINDED HIM THAT AS A FORMER JOB RECRUITER COMPANIES ARE SUPPOSED TO WELCOME NEW APPLICANTS AND NOT BE RUDE AND BERATE PEOPLE! HE HUNG UP ON ME-I DONT KNOW HOW HE STAYS IN BUSINESS

Took an interview with this company for a operations manager. Spoke to owner for about 10 minutes. Told me directly I do not develop employees. I hire people who do not need coaching or development. They show up and work or they get replaced. For every one employee I have tried to develop 10 more fail. We don’t spend the money on development or management. Explained further about his Psychology degree and how they are a small firm but he makes millions. Appreciate the fact he has built a successful business but have no desire to work with a company that does not value investing in employees. Very poor cultural fit for me but seems fine for someone who does not wish to grow or be part of a positive culture. Very poor representation of their company on first phone interview.

Customer service is poor-people are rude are at the least of respectful. Don’t know how to conduct business as well as not answering their phones. I asked to speak to someone in charge and I was hung up on. I will never be using your services.
