Unpleasant, unprofessional, heavily unorganized. Guards don’t do their job at their assigned sites at all. Some show up in regular street clothes and are always on their phones etc. Upper management is a utter disaster, they don’t keep in contact with each other. Nor do they rely messages to their bosses etc. their field “supervisor’s” are EXTREMELY rude and downright unprofessional. i call the number provided and someone with a attitude answers ” hello”

Comprehensive is a great company! As a small business in an industry dominated by large corporations ( allied, etc) Comprehensive goes above and beyond in order to make sure every client is protected. Say no to large corporations, and yes! to our local companies who do the job 10x more efficient, with local and direct customer service. Consider hiring them for your next event because I certainly will be using them again!

Unfortunately this company is ran by a bad operation Manager if you get into a disagreement with his hr which is a major conflict of interest or the supervisor expect to be harresed to the end until you have to quit or find some plan to fire you my problems with them all started because i refused to work at a site without bathrooms not even porter potty. Speakin your mind is the worse because there favorite line is that they are in fear of there life when its seems to be a person of color my last day to pick up my check i was awaited by police this a very problematic company to work for an begin a African American.

I received horrible service over the phone when inquiring about a position for my client. There was an immediate sense of dismissal after explaining why I was calling. I then asked for the hiring managers contact so I could leave a message /email. I was told she doesn’t have a work phone and is out of the office for the week. After which I was told “Im actually in the middle of an interview and I wold need to call back next week”.
