The guard at the gate for Phoenix 2 in Orange Beach said I was lying about trying to get a parking pass . I had tried twice with no one at the counter. He was arrogant and rude. Not a good reflection on this service or the condo. I am a retired firefighter paramedic, I understand summer tourist issues, but his behavior was not appropriate. And to be clear, I had a retired naval commander, a retired postmaster, and a judicial assistant in the vehicle with me who witnessed this behavior.

Folks, if you need security services for any situation and at any level, these are the people to call. We had a security issue that required armed security and a high level of surveillance and Severance went WAY above and beyond. Their professionalism and level of expertise in their field is beyond measure. They went out of their way to make a very difficult situation much more manageable and at no point did I feel concerned for my safety when these guys were around. Outstanding job Severance. I spent the weekend with Severance owner Tim, let me just say he’s legit. His company is ran by a moral code backed by quite professionals who have all served this nation. He completely understands the industry and is breaking molds on how to better serve clients. Most security companies are merely a security system sign in the front yard with no system to back it up, with Severance you get the best the industry has to offer and can rest easy knowing your secure. Severance security is a group of excellent highly trained, personable, professionals. You’ll find them all over Pensacola from the fair, to the clubs downtown, to special events. These guys are phenomenal. Anytime they are working an event that I’m attending, I automatically feel at ease knowing that I can relax because they are on site.
