Stacey Construction 3 years agoMy company has worked with Stacey Constructions a handful of times here in Utah and also outside the state. I have always been impressed by their work. The whole team there does a great job. If you are looking for a great general contractor do yourself a favor and check out Stacey Construction.

Scott Lindsay Construction Inc. 2 years agoI regret to say after owning my home for barely 2 years I discovered the shower pan in the master bathroom was installed incorrectly and it started to leak water into my basement that has been dry walled. I am one of those people that is afraid of water damage and also make sure to caulk edges were water can possibly get in and even though that was done I discovered that it is nothing I can repair without tearing away the tile and reinstalling the membrane in the shower pan. I tried to call Scott Lindsay Construction via phone 6 times before getting an answer and when I was able to get a hold of someone they told me I would need to pay for it since it is out of the 1 year warranty period. I get that its out of warranty but to have something like that happen I find it really bad as a builder to try and not work something out. I am super disappointed in how this was handled as I do love the house but now I am going to have to pay out of pocket for something that is not my fault and due to bad installation during building.

They came when they said they would, got finished in the amount of time they said it would take, were careful to not make a mess of the house and cleaned up after they were finished. And it looks great. Garrett and Miguel, we appreciate all you great work.
