Outstanding company from all aspects. Quality of work, promptness, knowledge, friendliness, high integrity, honesty, caring, and reasonable service charge. My church dealt with many fire alarm system companies, but ISS stood out as the best. They saved us thousands of dollars for being able to scale down and customize their service to fit our needs and tight budget. Simply a classy organization.

I won’t speak to the quality of the testing services they provide, but both of the employees leave a lot to be desired. The first was extremely rude, just walked away from me when I was trying to talk to him, and continued to bark over his shoulder as he walked away. He refused to give his company name and also his name. I found who I believe to be his supervisor and while he was not actively rude, he defended the rude behavior of his employee and refused to acknowledge that his employee was out of line.

We needed a company that could service our fire alarm system for a commercial property we recently acquired. This company got us the help we needed the same day and resolved our issues. Special shout-out to the technicians who went out and resolved the issues and technician JP who took the time to explain what he did at the property to me.

ISS installed a new alarm system and CCTV cameras at my business. They were great andhjeven worked with my schedule as not to interfere with my customers. Highly recommend!
