Hosein was absolutely amazing to work with! We recently purchased a new multifamily property in San Francisco and found out during closing that the city required the property be equipped with an updated sleeper alarm. Hosein and Black Eagle came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. They kept us aware of issues as they were encountered and made sure to keep us posted until it received final sign off from the city.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this company! I called in an absolute panic; I had a retail store ready to open and was told by the Department of Building and Safety that due to the age of my building, I didn’t need a fire alarm…well, we are days away from final inspection. My project got shut down because of building and safety miss lead me. You have to understand I have a full staff, inventory, security, payroll, and operating expenses all turned un, and I’m in a complete panic. I called these guys, and Josein picked up. He assured me that we could get this done promptly and efficiently; he had my back when I felt alone on an island fighting a giant. He guided me through the process and made a rather unpleasant experience pitiable. Thank you guys! I can’t thank you enough! I would recommend it to anybody and everybody!!!

This company is the best example of what good business practices are. Hosein is an amazing person who understands his customers and their needs. He doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need and really listens. I had a really difficult situation with a construction project on a retail space as it pertains to installing a fire alarm system. I called Hosein and explained the issues and immediately he understood what they were and offered multiple solutions to resolve them. He supported me every step of the way until everything was resolved. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend !

We were very pleased with Black Eagle Fire & Security. Hosein, the owner, couldn’t have been more impressive and helpful with the entire installation. He was always polite and gave us his time whenever needed. His crew were very knowledgeable and well-informed on the alarm system being installed and Hosein made himself available to oversee that the work was being done properly. When it was time for the Fire Marshal and Electrical Inspector to approve the fire alarm system we received both approvals on the day they arrived and there was no need for further inspection. Amazing service. I cannot tell you how happy I was to find Black Eagle. Our small 3 unit building had been struggling for months to find a solution to move our fire alarm system off AT&T fixed lines and to meet the new San Francisco ‘pillow test’ requirement. Hosein and his team were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional and we finally have all the work done after months of dealing with other companies and trying to get the work done.
