I love my dock! Brad was honest, funny and such a pleasure to work with. He designed me a beautiful dock and was the most competitively priced company! They finished it by the promised date… .. now my neighbors want to hire him! Great job Brad and team!

KICKED OFF THE JOB, $15,000 TO FIX THEIR WORK I do not recommend contracting with this company. The owner will lie, try to take advantage of you, cut corners and use cheap materials every chance he can. He is also a registered offender. —– TL;DR poor time management, horrible quality and untrustworthy. It took $15,000 and weeks of work to correct and finish our remodel. I assume he will reply with some made up reasonings or story as he did with us during the remodel. —– Our remodel was supposed to take 4-6 weeks and we finally removed them from the job on week 14. 8 weeks past schedule even after we removed several items from their scope. Workers were frequently late or completely absent for days at a time. I had to reach out almost daily to keep them showing up, and I was met with constant excuses and empty promises. And at the beginning I believe one worker was frequently showing up high. Along with the poor time management, the quality was horrible. Paint on all of my fixtures, painted over screws, painted over dust and cobwebs, texture on most of the doors and trim, doors installed crooked, broke my toilet, and tried to tell me to use a breaker to turn off a light when they forgot to install a light switch. Along with all of that, I had to have all of their tile and flooring work redone. There was zero skill in the tile install and they outright ruined the new flooring that they installed with paint, plaster, scratches/gouges from tools/material left on the uncovered floor and poor installation with zero floor prep(Look at the pictures, tools, paint and materials set directly on new flooring and ZERO floor coverings). Also, the paint they used was the cheapest option available and is literally pealing off of the walls. On top of all of this, they could not keep an accurate count of how much money I had paid them and gave me incorrect invoices. The owner also tried to take back a discount that he gave us when I kicked him off the job.

We’ve been working with RHD for over a year now. They are an awesome company to work with and all their customers have always spoke very highly of their product. Not many fabrication shops around can produce like these guys!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Lifespan Construction for a custom home repair project after findings some water damage then unfortunately went unnoticed until too late. We are pleased to say exceeded our expectations in every aspect. If the reviews did not speak for themselves then their work certainly does. We had to remodel both our master and guest bathrooms from the ground up. After the initial meeting and walkthrough it was clear that Lifespan knew what they were doing and what they were capable of. The communication throughout the entire project was great. They were always prompt in responding to any questions and concerns, and very prompt when finding anything during the project that needed out additional attention. Another concern with most projects was budget and contingencies pending what else is found and needed during the repair/ remodel phase. Lifespan Construction provided a detailed and accurate estimate at the beginning of the project, and they managed to stay within that budget without compromising on the quality of work. Their provided project portfolio was perfect for keeping up with the schedule and what steps were occurring when. As with any project, some issues arose during the build. However, Lifespan Construction handled these challenges with ease and confidently. Their ability to work with and around many challenges is impressive. For the design, Lifespan’s team was on point the whole time. With only a few thoughts and ideas they were able to greatly expand on what we were looking for and how to achieve it. They listened to our ideas and preferences, incorporated them seamlessly into the design, and added their own artistic touches that elevated the overall aesthetic. We are more than pleased with the end result. We are still finding small things that they did to blend all of the design aspects together and love all the little things that we did not even know were an option or existed. From start to finish, we could not be more excited and happy with all the wonderful work Lifespan did for us. Special thank you to Alex, Maddy, Jo and BJ, you guys were fantastic. We highly recommend Lifespan Construction for any construction or renovation needs.

He was great about flagging any potential issues or headaches ahead of time, he did a great job managing our expectations, and an even better job coordinating and managing the remodel schedule. We just completed a 10 week project with Doyle Construction and the outcome was excellent. On time and at the agreed price. This project was to fix a plumbing issue and renovate two bathrooms in an older home. Several more issues were found and fixed. This work touched on every area of residential construction. Every team who came out was courteous and competent. Doyle Construction is easily the best contractor I’ve hired.
