We hired Nelson Mira in preparation for a home sale and he did a truly excellent job. We had an offer within 1 day! He repaired and painted our deck, painted the interior walls, did touch up painting outside, and painted our upstairs cabinets. In addition, he helped install a tricky dishwasher and patched dings and cracks in our walls, tub, and other areas of the home. We are living out of state, and the process of managing contractors from long distance has been very stressful. But Nelson stands out as the most honest and respectful professional we have worked with so far. We trusted Nelson as our go-between during the final stressful weeks of the home sale- to communicate with other contractors and give us an honest assessment of how things were proceeding. Pros: -Respectful, honest, and friendly -Professional estimate & invoice with no surprises -Clearly knows his stuff about the types of paint to use, impacts of weather etc., and consults with professional interior designers to know the latest trends -Completed the job on-time and as described -Charged less then other professional quotes we received; with much better communication. -Worked professionally and respectfully with my property manager, tenants, and other contractors -Nelson painted a family member’s deck a few months back and they loved the results Cons: -None We highly recommend Mira Handyman Services.
