US Builders Team LLC a year agoI have known Sonny Halbawy, spanning parts of three decades and have found his work and delivery ethic to be of the highest standard. U.S. Builders approached our project with most caution, keeping an entire church congregation safe and accomodated. Sonny took it upon himself to add many extras to our project, and we have beautiful new floors. His suggestion for the style and size of tile was spot on, and the demolition of the old floors was above and beyond any standard I have ever experienced. This project improved our acoustics behond measure. Additionally, Sonny’s involvement in the inter-religious community has brought much harmony and peace to the greater Seattle area. To top it all off, he is fun to be with, and has become a cherished and trusted friend. I highly recommend his company to anyone who wants an on-time delivery, respectful treatment and a magnificient outcome.

Uniplex Construction, LLC a month agoUniplex recently completed a big home renovation project for us (kitchen remodel, primary bath remodel, new flooring, and updates to secondary bathrooms) and, now that it is all done, we are absolutely loving the end results. Over a 9-month process from the first meeting to the completion of the project, we were extremely pleased with the quality of Uniplex’s work as well as their attention to detail, hands-on problem-solving, and excellent communication and project management. During the initial visit and proposal phase, we were very impressed with the questions they asked and how they enlisted their sub-contractors into the process to get tighter, more informed estimates. Joe Schwab, the Uniplex CEO, understood our objectives and overall design vision. He stayed involved through the project, kept us in the loop, and treated us as partners with a shared goal. If there were material delays or other impacts to the schedule, the Uniplex team found ways to stay on track. They actually ended up finishing the project ahead of schedule, so we could enjoy our ‘new’ home with family for the holidays. The entire Uniplex team was talented, friendly, and courteous. It was clear they really cared about the quality of their work and had a ton of relevant experience. They also took extra effort to clean up the job site every day since we were living in the house during construction. We feel really fortunate to have worked with Uniplex and would highly recommend them. UPDATE MAY 2024: We put our house on the market in April and it was under contract within one week at 12% over the asking price. We attribute a lot of the price premium we received to the very high quality work that Uniplex did for us.

Tub Cove Inc 2 months agoWe needed a last minute complete shower re-do for a rental remodel that was time sensitive. From start to finish, the process with Tub Cove was smooth and easy- Jeremiah, the installation manager, was very communicative, and Alan, who installed the shower did a great job. The job was done quickly, even ahead of schedule. I was very impressed with the professionalism and service by the entire staff and highly recommend this company.
