Yeti Construction llc a year agoDo not use this guy. His work ia definitely not quality. He did are flooring for our new home which took him months. Which it should of only took a week are so. He also did back fill for us and 3 sets of stairs for us which we had to pay someone to go over everything he did His communication is horrible went days with ignoring us. If i could give him 5 negative stars i would. DONT TRUST THIS GUY!!

Sound Construction & Coating 2 years agoCalled Sound Construction about a complete re-siding job very early in the season. Even though they were completely booked out through fall they returned my call to let me know they were fully booked. I find this highly professional in this business, as I use to restore houses for a living. Most contractor’s will ghost you if they’re busy or not interested. Can see by their professionalism that they are booked way out for good reason. Well done Sound Construction!

SET General Construction 2 weeks ago3 piece bathroom remodel total gut – Fast estimate that was affordable out of the four I did. Stellar tile, drywall, framing, electrical, and plumbing work(I even got a high speed heated tile floor). Easy to get a hold of. They never “disappeared” on me when I had questions or issues. All workers were respectful, skilled, and cleaned up after every day’s work. Easy to understand and easy to pay electronic invoices. This is a professional company that I will do business with again.

SC Creatables LLC 10 months agoWe highly recommend SC Creatables!! We had mold in our primary bathroom that got missed during home inspection when the house was purchased. Sam and his crew worked hard and efficiently. Sam made sure we were very well informed every step of the way, and he made sure he got us good deals without compromising on quality. We loved our experience with SC Creatables and recommend them to everyone we know!

Retrofit Construction LLC 3 months agoDue to some builder errors, our 30-year roof did not last 30 years. Upon returning from a trip, we noticed an area of the roof with a large indentation. Although we had no leakage in the house, we were concerned and contacted Eric to come out and look. Unfortunately, we had dry rot underneath the roofing material. Since we did not know what might be going on elsewhere, we decided to have the entire roof replaced. We got multiple bids and the bid from Retrofit Construction was very competitive. They were also able to complete the project much sooner than anyone else we had out. Eric knew we were concerned about a roof failure due to our vaulted ceilings and only insulation and drywall between us and the rain. He was able to get us on his re-roof schedule within 10 days of getting us his bid. A crew of 10 very hard workers from Retrofit Construction showed up to do the job on a Monday morning and the new roof was completed by late afternoon. His crew worked very well together, and they did an outstanding job. The roof looks great, and the crew did a super job of cleaning up afterwards. We had a minor issue with one of our vents that we noticed after the work was complete. Eric was out first thing the next morning to address and fix the issue. We recommend Retrofit Construction for any of your roofing needs.

Peninsula Concrete Contractors Inc 2 months agoKarl and his team were incredible – excellent communication, got the job done efficiently and beautifully, no surprise fees, and just all-around great people to work with. They showed up on time or early every day and Karl held a high bar for quality the entire way. They even patiently let my toddler ‘help’ on the job site. Maybe the first time I’ve ever worked with a contractor and felt inspired to recommend them online. Highly recommend.
