Vladimir Soto was the Best ! 👌 👍 We were putting our home on the market. Being an older home there were so many updates and projects of all different sorts. From plugs, wiring , hook- ups , flooring, New doors, Bathroom remodeling, fencing , painting , new appliances, etc! Plus fixing a number of issues! Seemed like He could handle anything we threw his Way ! Also, found him to be “a breath of fresh air ” So to speak! ….. Meaning he was Extremely Honest ! Experienced, Professional, Personable and even Reasonable Rates ! * Was a Pleasure doing Business with him !

I cannot say enough incredible things about our experience working with Vladimir and his Soto Contracting team to renovate our kitchen. This was by far the fastest kitchen renovation I’ve ever heard of. We went from demolition to fully functional within less than 3 weeks. Vladimir and team did every aspect of the project: from wall framing and insulation, to plumbing and electrical, to cabinet install, to tile backsplash- he does it all. We ran into some unexpected challenges with our house being almost 75 years old, but Vladimir took those in stride and made the necessary changes to keep the project on track. He and his team are punctual, friendly, and thorough. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is unmatched and we will never use another contractor for any renovation (or small handiwork projects) because there is no one who delivers like Soto Contracting. We recommend him a thousand times over!

I have used Vladimir on a couple of occasions. I highly recommend him!! His work is exceptional and reasonably priced. He always reported timely when he said he would and communicated very well. I totally trust him. He does not take advantage of you. When I was selling my house he reviente against doing a project which would have profited him because it wouldn’t help us sell our look good. I really appreciated his honesty and not taking advantage of us. It turned out to be the right choice taking his suggestion. I appreciate his ethics and honesty!!

On the point. He came and fix my garage door in NO TIME. I am very pleased and relieved when I saw the door went back to its original functionality. 100% am gonna recommend them to all people I know😍👍🏻🤌🚪👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I was remiss in not writing this review last year when Vladimir assisted in the installation of a new range fan. I needed someone to get the fan connected to the chimney and he stopped by and in about an hour did an excellent job at a reasonable cost. I would recommend him as an honest and trustworthy person based on my experience with him.

We had such a great experience working with Vladimir. He is fast, responsive, trustworthy, works really hard, and the outcome of his work is of high quality. I will definitely go with him again for future projects. So far, he had helped us take down a wall (and reroute mechanicals), install dimmable light fixtures (recessed lighting and ceiling fan), update outlets (gfci and standard), install ring doorbell & nest cameras, fix bifold doors, and many more. We look forward to more projects with him!
