Steve and Thayne and their crew have been amazing to work with. We have been thrilled with our house project. They enclosed our breezeway and installed a new entrance into the house and bridge over the stairs. Top notch work and very good communication. Would recommend!

Meticulous just helped us tear out an unusable shower and kitchenette from our 99-year-old brick bungalow, and moved a wall to turn that section of our finished basement into a much more functional space. They coordinated with a plumber to get all of our old pipes updated before replacing the drywall. They did an excellent job of coordinating with us and the subcontractors, and were very good with dealing with the inevitable “old house surprises.” Steve made sure that any problems we encountered were dealt with promptly, and we are very pleased with the final result. They have a great team, and we can’t recommend them enough for doing a great job at a fair price, especially when it comes to remodeling older houses. We definitely plan on working with them again.

It was a pleasure to work with Megan, Jeff, Steve, and Thayne. They helped us convert a bonus room into a bedroom by installing a wall with a door and closet. Choose not to use them because they asked for a nonrefundable $300 deposit before they would come out and give me a bid….if that’s how they are treating me before I give them my business, I wonder how competive their rates are and how well they will treat me once they have my business. No Thanks!

Once again, Thebesthandymanservices, has helped me out in a pinch. We got a new big flat screen TV for Christmas and their man, Steve, hung it for us above the downstairs family room fireplace mantle, in about an hour. He even helped me work around the supplied hardware error in the mount kit. Looks great, works great!…Thanks Steve and Thayne. Merry Christmas
