Workman Co 2 years agoAfter two full years of working with Matt on our renovation and addition, I can’t recommend him as a contractor enough. Our project turned out to be much bigger than what he originally signed up for and he took all of it in stride. All of his subs were professional, detail-oriented, and had only kind things to say about Matt. Many of them even went out of their way to tell my husband and I how much they loved working with Matt and how good he was at his job. Our home was incredibly complicated – the existing structure was all made out of cement and steel, so running new plumbing, updating the entire electrical system, and designing a new HVAC system was more difficult (understatement) than on a typical renovation. Part way through the planning we also decided to build a significant addition and Matt rolled with all of the changes and did massive amount of planning to make our dream home a reality. His billing is straight forward, he’s kind, and he truly listens to his clients and just wants them to be happy. Matt listened to every one of my concerns and never belittled or dismissed them. I truly can’t recommend Matt enough, I don’t think I’ve hardly met anyone who has worked with the same contractor as long as we have and still has nothing but good things to say.

We have used them for commercial work on large and small projects and when it came time to need a finish carpenter for a personal project we reached out to Rich and he brought his team over and delivered incredible woodwork and craftsmanship. His attention to detail is what makes his work a work of art and the quality is amazing.

Journeys End Homes 6 months agoWade built a beautiful home for us in Mapleton and we will always be grateful. He is always pleasant and professional to work with. Even after we moved-in, he has remained very responsive and helpful to any little items that have come up. Absolute Properties 3 years agoI’ll go into more detail in this meandering review, but the bottom line is this-you should call Absolute Properties immediately and use them for any home-care needs you might have. I came across Dave at a company party, and he came out and quoted doing a complete overhaul of my backyard in Eagle Mountain. We bought our house with the backyard totally unfinished-it was rocky dirt and massive weeds as far as the eye can see. Dave and Braden came in and transformed it into a gorgeous space that my family can enjoy for years to come, and for a honest price. And to top it all off, Dave is honest and timely-he does what he says he will do, and is extremely helpful in the design and planning process. He was part of the vision for my back yard, and was consultative in his approach the whole way through (like for what kinds of trees grow in Utah well, what time would be best to plant, etc etc). Use these guys immediately!
