So grateful we were referred to these folks through Home Depot for our 2 A/C Window units to be installed! We were melting in this Texas heat, Central A/C went out and no way could be afford the $13.5K to replace it, we didn’t need to. Within a couple of days these folks were at our house and within 1 1/2 hours, we had both A/C units installed and up and running and at a very reasonable and affordable price. We will hire them to install two more units within the next few months. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. Thank you so much!

I had ordered an expandable picnic table that the previous tech could not assemble correctly. I found MiGi Home Services on Google(Furniture Assembly).Tracey figured out the issue with the table and assembled. He also replaced high up light bulbs with LED’s and assembled a couple of metal shelving racks. My wife was happy to see that he even washed the light fixtures that he replaced bulbs in. A month or so later my water well went out. I recalled that Tracey said that he had well service experience. My first thought was, “Great, maybe he can help out with our water pump.” I called him and he was ready to come out at 7:00 p.m.. He came out the next morning and troubleshot and diagnosed the issue which was a locked rotor and pump that would need to be replaced. He did not have a boom truck, which was needed for the repair, but was able to help me find technician that replaced the pump that day. Tracey is punctual, clear, and knowledgeable. We will have him out again as our needs arise. He is a tad expensive, but the no hassle experience is a bonus.

After my husband went to heaven, Tracey built me a water front home in Washington State, 15 years ago. He has always been my go to guy. He moved to Texas and now I have a difficult time getting someone to show up and not rip me off. Last year my gas dryer, refrigerator broke and a water line sprung a leak in the basement. He helped us repair them all over the internet (you tube videos and video calls). I called him for guidance on my dryer. He said “maybe you guys can fix it”. He helped me (73 year old widow) and my 10 year old son troubleshoot, diagnose and fix all 3 issues. The dryer repair was scary, we disassembled dryer, tested (volt meter, wiring diagrams, schematics?), bought part, installed part, reassembled dryer and ” wallah”, dry clothes! I have never done anything like this and now feel I can do anything with his help. I wrestle with technology and my 10 year old struggles with listening, but Tracey made it happen, WOW! He is worth his weight in gold, patient, talented and full of integrity. You will not regret hiring Tracey at his new business MiGi Home Services. Texas you are blessed to have him. I am a retired software engineer from Seattle now living in Texas. Tracey has worked for me for 20 years in Washington and now here in Texas, Wow! He worked on my two of my homes and my equestrian ranch. His outstanding problem solving skills and can do attitude make him joy to work with on the job. I have been frustrated with other techs, in the past when I have asked for an unconventional solution. I don’t like to be told that “It cannot be done”. Tracey will say, “We can do that or he may present an alternative solution that I like better. His outstanding attention to detail gives me the confidence to go on with my life while he is on the job. Over the years he has done water well pump replacement, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, plumbing, electrical, paint, tile, home automation and various customization projects. In fact, four years ago I flew him to Washington and provided him with a car to get my house ready to be sold. I knew it would take several contractors to cover the skill set that Tracey possess.
