I hired Dan to paint my elevated deck & replace an interior, water shut-off valve which required cutting into the drywall. Dan did an incredible job. The quality of his work is better than EVERY OTHER contractor or crew I have hired in my 3 years here in TX. He responds to inquiries & requests for estimates quickly & kept us in the loop communication wise. He was on-time & professional, and his rates were as good as the poor quality crews I’ve hired in the past. I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re in need of work, do yourself a favor & save yourself headaches by hiring Dan.

We had Dan do a combination of a few jobs for us, Ranging from fixing a rotting door jam, Weather Sealing doors and some staining. Dan is a trustworthy person and he does what he says he will do. Which is rare… Stop your search and give him a call.

Handyman Dan fixed my broken storm door. He ordered the broken part from the manufacturer. The new part was defective. He work very hard to make that door work and ended up reordering the part. He followed up with me and kept in communication. He came back and installed the new part as soon as he got it. There was no hassle and now my door works perfect. I think he’s very diligent and professional. 5 stars

Dan replaced two light switches and analyze a problem with my out side lighting fixture. He immediately Identified the problem and fixed the light fixtures. He was very Knowledgeable and professional. I was highly impressed with his overall work ethics. His costs are very reasonable. I plan on having him come back, to do some additional repair work on the frames of my windows that have rotten out. I would highly recommend Dan! Gus
