He has completed projects for us, and it’s always been completed in a timely manner. His pricing has been better than other contractors out there. I have NO ISSUES IN RECOMMENDING David for his attention to details.

David did a bunch of handyman work on a home we remodeled. Everything was going great – he was thorough, well mannered and competent right up until the last day. On the last day, David re-keyed all of the locks (as he was instructed to) and then proceeded to take the only set of keys (after locking all doors) with him to his house, demanding to be paid before he would return the keys. He initially tried charging for more hours than was logged. In doing so, we were unable to check his work or even get into the home before paying him to get the keys back. This was all unexpected and came out of nowhere. Don’t get locked out of your home.
