The result of $$$ in “work” to install sun sails over patio is nothing but holes in patio structure. Robert said he was experienced in sun sail installation and quoted a high price. But he mid-measured 2x (I bought 2 expensive sets of custom covers that are wrong). Then his first attempt at installation failed in less than 24 hours. 2 days later, his 2nd attempt ripped out. The first set of mid-measured sun sails came out of the quoted amount, but we ended up paying the remaining quoted for a job not done and are left with 2nd set of unusable material and no cover. Also hired Robert to demo the existing patio roof. They did it, but didn’t haul away half the wood/roof in backyard for 3 days. Made yard unusable over Easter weekend.

I think he tried his best. . . I asked for an exterior electrical outlet install and bottom of a kitchen cabinet replacement. The exterior electrical outlet install wasn’t great nor good. He used wood screws on the cement fiber siding instead of the appropriate screws. He also used the cheapest exterior outlet cover (I didn’t specify so sort of my fault) He gave up on the cabinet repair which was fair since there was a mold issue. While he was on the job I asked for him to install soffit and adjust my interior doors. I am pretty sure two doors are now worse but I don’t have real proof of that. He just gave up on the soffit install which I think was due to him not being able to time manage well. I got three quotes for the job. His being the highest but he had the best reviews. I am pretty sure you can find someone more experienced and more affordable.

Robert did a great job with installing a new shower head. I had other questions about other repairs and he was very knowledgeable. I recommend him and will be going back to him for future projects!

I did a Google search to find a handy man in the Heights that could do a few odd jobs around the house. Our 2 and 4 year old boys had pulled off a few of our cabinet doors in the kitchen over the past few months and we had also had a hot water heater installed and needed some drywall repaired. Robert was very responsive via text and very fair regarding his price. He and his crew were very sweet to our kids who were very interested in everything they were working on. I look forward to working with him again!
