We are first time home owners and had a massive to-do list from our inspection. I’ve found handymen are very busy, and out of the 5 I contacted, Dean was the only one who returned my emails and calls in a timely fashion. What was most impressive was that he took the time to go through our inspection report and itemize each job with the materials and labor price. This was VERY helpful for my scattered brain! Once we got the list finalized he was able to start right away. I believe he works with one other person, so it makes sense that he’s busy. If you keep following up, he will get back to you. The work was finished in a few days and I’m very happy with the results. Our home is looking great and I feel safe to start living there. As an added bonus, payments are easy because he uses Venmo. I’ll be calling him again for future projects down the road. Thanks Park Cities Handyman!

Dean was highly professional and efficient in the services he provided and was helpful in pointing out things for me to keep an eye on. I will definitely be using him for future services as well as suggesting him to others. He is by far the most professional handy man I have used and I would trust him with decisions on care for my home.

SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE FRUSTRATION AND RIDICULOUS OVERCHARGING! I had high hopes using this service would be a great experience. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I scheduled an appt for them to install a shower glass door in my newly renovated bathroom. I waited a week for them to come out after they quoted me about 2-4 hours for the job. Once here, the “technician” changed the quote to 10 hours. Needless to say, I was surprised at the jump in price. It was going to cost me over $1200 to install a $500 glass door! He assured me that they would only charge me for the time spent on the job. I asked when does the clock start? When he arrived! And it had already been almost an hour with out a single moment spent on the installation. Still, out I’d desperation, I told him I agreed to the price and asked him to please get started. I also voiced that I thought 10 hours was a bit much. The tech went into my garage to presumably prep the job. He came back into the house 10 mins later to tell me he wasn’t going to do the job! He felt I wasn’t happy with the quote of 10 hours! What a blessing!!!!! I am so grateful he left. I called Creekside Glass and they installed a custom shower glass door for $550 – INCLUDING the glass. Guess how long the installation took – :25!!! TWENTY FIVE MINUTES!

Dean has been our handyman for a year since we purchased our home. There were issues with our remodel and as first time home buyers it was a welcome relief to have Dean there to help us understand our repair options. He is trustworthy, reasonably priced and does excellent work. We always mention his name to friends in the area who need any type of handyman work. We wish we could give him more than 5 stars.

Dean was recommended to me by my real estate broker. Dean, from the beginning of our work together, listened carefully to my needs and wants. He is very knowledgeable about his profession and, when the rare event occurs, knows when to bring in a specialty contractor. One of the things I admire most about Dean is his creativity. This is evident in both his problem solving and when asked for his opinion. His price is definitely fair. If you are looking for someone with integrity whose work is excellent, I heartily recommend Dean.

My realtor recommended Dean Sullivan to me as I was preparing to put my house on the market. I had a LONG punch list of items that needed to be repaired and things I, as a single woman, needed someone strong to help me do. Dean asked that I fax the list to him, came into the job prepared, worked faster than a speeding bullet, and completed the job to my fullest satisfaction. He also spotted things that he knew an inspector would have an issue with and promptly fixed those too, saving me the time and expense to have him return. He is pleasant, kind, trustworthy, fair priced and I highly recommend him for all your handyman needs. Best “find” I’ve discovered in years!
