HomePro showed up and showed out!! Joe came to my home and took care of BUSINESS! With my two dogs trying to bother him, he was cool as a cucumber. But, the job he’s done in my bathroom when I tried to Gorilla Glue it, is phenomenal !! LOL!!! There was a big hole in my wall! I also love the fact that I was in my home office working and he was in my master bathroom working and did not bother me. He called me when he picked up supplies and I was able to agree to what was purchased. I just don’t know what else I can say other than I would recommend HomePro to everyone AND that I will be using them for all of my home repair needs. That you Joe and Chris!!

No call, no showed a job for me. They still have never followed up or provided an explanation as to why they just decided not to come after agreeing to do the job. Very odd. Not cool. Update: Not a mistaken identity. You no called, no showed. Also, your response to negative reviews are completely unprofessional. You’re proving our point. I won’t be removing the post.

This business owner is convinced he does good work and has the lowest ratings among contractors. The latest analysis shows that a man who has a very unrealistic business model thinks it’s okay to pay someone 90 dollars and hours to run around and get materials. Instead of looking at the property and planning the work. When you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

Called to get one tv mounted on my wall. The guy that answered the phone told me it would be $90 an hour and a two hour minimum. I said it is a 20 minute job. He gave me attitude and said it isn’t a 20 minute job then said good luck and hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! It literally took 20 minutes when Best Buy hung it for me last time. Don’t use this company!

Needed caulk around 2nd-story windows removed and replaced. Hessler showed up on time and worked efficiently. Fine work, fair price.

Needed some replacement of the frame around my front door due to extensive termite damage. Jonathan, was very professional in his work and made an extra effort to clean up his work area after he was finished (I’ve had some workers leave trash, screws, nails, sawdust, etc for me to clean up afterwards). Highly recommended and looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Fantastic work!! Juan replaced a broken railing baluster and mounted an outside hose reel to my brick siding—both in the same visit. He went above and beyond to sand the sharp corners of the wooden baluster AND prime it before he installed it. Both look great. Would use again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

I never list reviews like this but I felt it important to let people know what they may be getting with this business. We called home pro for minor repairs (hanging curtains, reattached drawer handles) They sent someone out and the person arrived when I was home at 11:30am (proof on my ring). While I was away my nanny wrote a check after the worker finished for the final cost she was told, which was $550. But shortly after I arrived back home I found that 3 of 6 things I asked for them to do were not done at all. They also replaced handles I specifically asked not to be replaced, and one of the drawer handles they did replace had already fallen off. After finding this, I called to ask why such simple repairs were charged at that rate of $550 and to let them know things were already broken and that they had replaced things I asked them to leave alone. I was told that the worker arrived at 9am (false) and we were charged for that time. I was advised to speak with Chris. After leaving messages I got a hold of Chris 1 week later. I asked for a partial refund because the worker was in fact, not at my home at 9am, things were not done that we had asked, and some of what was done, we had not asked them to do. I was calm in laying out what happened to Chris because I was hoping for a simple solution but was EXTREMELY surprised at how combative Christ was. He was interruptive, loud, agitated and refused to acknowledge that his worker did not arrive at the time they claimed to have arrived. He wouldn’t let me finish a sentence after I explained the problem and was very abrasive and argumentative. He offered to finish the job, but I was so disrespected and offended during the call I declined to continue doing business. I’m unsure if Chris is the owner, but as a business owner myself, this owner was unprofessional, surprisingly argumentative and unwilling to listen to the customer. I felt degraded as a woman and after reading a few other reviews, I wish I had not done business with this company at all because this seams to be a recurring experience.
