It is now September, 2022, and I still haven’t received the money back that Larry took from me. Please pay heed to some of his reviews, to save yourself a similar headache. ***UPDATE of this review as of 6/14/2022: I still have not received a refund of this money. After reading my review, Larry called me and told me that the check he sent was apparently “lost”, though his account would have shown no check being cashed. He said he would send another check to me. That was on April 4th!**** This man has taken money from me that he refuses to return!! I had a bathroom ceiling leak in November. We agreed that he would do the work, and he required 1/2 down, a little over $612.00. Before the work could begin, I found my ceiling leaking in the adjacent bedroom. I called Larry, and he said that he could take care of both ceilings. I didn’t hear from him after that, so I contacted him, and apparently, there were several family medical issues. On December 28, I texted him and told him that I really needed to get the work taken care of. He texted me on Dec, 29, and told me of some emergency surgery, but that he would “square it away with me” as soon as he got home. That is the last contact I’ve had. I’ve been texting and calling him since January 17, and not one acknowledgement. My last text on February 1 asked “Larry, are you avoiding me? I hope that’s not what’s happening.” Still nothing. I guess his idea of supplementing income is to take other people’s money. I suggest not giving him any money until he has his supplies on site, and ready to start the work. You may never see it again.

Contacted Larry in November of 2021 for a bathroom remodel and put half down on the job. From that point on, Larry has given several excuses and has failed to commit to a time frame to begin the work. I have requested several times that Larry simply return the deposit and we can part ways, but Larry has not done so. Complaints have been reported and it is probably a wise choice for future consumers to simply move on and fine another contractor.

We started contracting with Larry for our bathroom construction June 2021. Dec 2021 gave us a excuse of surgery. Made promises. Was suppose to start work again Feb 24. Never heard back. April 2022 we have nothing started and he still has half the supplies we purchased including wood and Insulation. We are out $4600 with nothing to show. We have had no contact from them now in 3 months. Horrible to no communication. Not recommended dont waste your money. He has been reported. Update: May 7, 2022 After this review we found out our supplies were sitting at Menards. They never got picked up. We finally for those in hand and our initial down payment has been refunded. Our issue has closed.

Larry is reliable, trustworthy and does great work. He repaired a privacy fence that had blown down wirh a storm and was also rotted in places. He let me know when he was on his way and was punctual and knowledgeable. We definitely plan on using him and this company for any future needs. Highly recommend. UpDATE- We attempted to get Larry to work on fence again(way too many windstorms here) and it took a few days to get a reply back, then he didn’t show up on the day he was supposed to and never replied back to our messages. Guessing like others here, he has gotten too busy which is a shame as he was great before. Was 5 stars.

**DO NOT HIRE** LARRY gave an estimate and I paid half as a down payment and has never reached out back to me and uses excuses of surgeries and being busy with the promise of coming the next day and never showing up. Further more he has made it a consistent problem on returning any money to me and has shown his word can NOT be trusted. I will further report this individual to the correct authorities.

Larry was very professional in his work. He gave us pricing right away and we needed some easy repairs and told us how much it would be to repair on our own. Larry was easy to work with at a great price’

These guys are GREAT!…Couldn’t get anyone else that would actually show up when they said they would. These two guys know what they are doing. The bathroom remodel was done quickly (2 days) and they are polite, clean, and professional. Will call on them again for other projects and recommend them to friends and family.

I truly enjoyed working with this company. They installed trim and doors in my house as well as cleaning. They were friendly, professional, and provided high quality work. I’ve had bad contractors before and it’s such a pain but Larry makes the process easy and stress free. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their house.

I’d highly recommend this crew for any general repairs or home work. Larry was extremely friendly and quite thorough with his work.
