Highly recommend Mark and his company for any small or larger scale handy projects. Mark installed recessed lighting in our sloped living room ceiling for a very honest and reasonable price. They took extra care to protect our living room before and during the project. Mark has already quoted other projects for us which we plan to move forward with later this summer. We are very happy with their work

Mark was punctual for our meetings and each day to start the projects. He kept us informed on availability of supplies, and how he was going to make the repairs. He and his team were respectful of our property & furnishings as they worked. They were courteous and very well organized. There was no mess left behind, as they did a great job of cleaning up each day. We are very satisfied with the final product, and will be calling Integrity Maintenance for future renovations.

I needed a very small set of steps for my back patio. Nothing too fancy, just two or three steps. I had reached out to numerous companies/individuals who all responded very quickly. However, once they saw the photos and understood the work involved, I was ghosted by all but one. My guess is that the job wasn’t big enough to warrant an estimate/consideration. Odd how many of these websites touted ‘no job is too small’. Enter Integrity Maintenance. Responses were quick, honest, and professional. I was given options, ideas, and price ranges (which were reasonable) and a very clear understanding of what the finished product would look like before they even arrived at my house. The work was done promptly and the quality was perfect. The gentlemen who built the steps (Jerry) even grabbed a leaf blower and cleaned the dirt and debris out from our screened in porch area. This is how it’s done people. I will definitely be using them again for future projects. Perhaps all you other ‘handy people’ should take note of giving importance to *any* size job – not just the ones that make you the most money.

We contacted Integrity Maintenance for a few projects to do in our home. Mark the owner was quick to come out and give us a fair estimate with suggestions. Mark and his assistant Jerry worked all day at our home. They did an outstanding job and we are happy we used them! We would definitely use Integrity Maintenance again.

Mark Ortiz and his assistant jerry did a bunch of home improvement needs for me. Replaced a storm door, installed built in microwave, hung ceiling fans and lights. Mark was prompt when making an appointment. He was knowledgeable and reasonable on any changes or adds. I just had him back to do a tile floor in my bathroom. Bathroom review: He was prompt, worked hard and communicates well. The bathroom came out great – tile, new toilet and installed a vanity I purchased separately. He works with me since I like to do DIY myself. He’s super friendly too. He also left the area organized and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend!
