I recently purchased a home in the Columbia area which this company conducted work on. Bishop property improvements installed 11 GFI outlets and several other electrical work the results for GFI outlets are pushing 240 to 247 Volts, this company connected internal house outlets, which can only handle 110 V to my outdoor AC condenser, which is against code. Also, one of the outlets are hooked up to two separate circuit breakers so even if you turn one breaker off the outlet still has power. We have tried to reach out to this company and no response. We’ve contacted BBB and they can’t seem to locate this company’s license and insurance. There are several electrical issues that are not up to code and if my house was to catch fire, my insurance company would not cover this, I am now in the process of hiring an electrician to redo all of his work . Maybe it was just a bad day, but I simply checked all the volts with a simple voltmeter and determined all the high voltages in the wrong outlet. Again, I personally did not hire this company. It was the seller of the house I can only explain the results coming from this company’s work, but clearly someone couldn’t double check and verify their own work being conducted

Hard working and completed about 80o/o of the job. My problems was he was to show receipt for materials, he did not… did not finish the fence, we had to cut off the top of post… did not clean up, still old fence all over… my mistake was when received final bill I paid It now no texts, phone calls, no response at all. I guess you can’t trust all veteran.
