Roman is a true professional. We had several fences that needed to be replaced and they were challenging due to landscaping and the slope of the garden. We also had our “Moon” gate that needed to be replaced. Roman did an amazing job. The fences and gate are beautiful. He was always on time and within budget. Beautiful wood and attention to detail. He will do a pre walk thru, keep in touch during the job and do a post walk thru. We are starting our list of next projects.

As the other reviewers report, Roman is an outstanding handyman/contractor. He has done a number of jobs for us, some small and others larger and more complicated. This week he built a closet in our bonus room, thereby turning it into a fourth bedroom. The quality of his work is always top notch. He’s a skilled craftsman and is a joy to work with. Do yourself a favor and call him.

Roman is absolutely amazing. He has been our go to contractor for over 3 years now and he is the real deal. He knows his stuff and always does high quality work. There are so many things we admire about Roman: He is trustworthy, he does not milk the clock. He is honest and keeps his word (if he tells you he is going to do something, you can count on it). He is professional and does things the right way and takes pride in his work. And, he is kind and has helped us a lot with home repairs and remodeling. Hands down, Roman is exceptional, we wish we could clone him!

I had the good fortune to run into Roman. He built a backyard fence for us. The work was done with the highest level of quality imaginable and in a timely fashion. His professionalism and work ethic are second to none. Our backyard was not easy to work with and we had some budget constraints. He worked very hard to ensure everything we asked for was done properly. Wherever possible, he asked what we preferred and didn’t just do what was easy. To him, client satisfaction is of utmost importance. He did not cut any corners, he used quality material and applied great craftsmanship. He is very knowledgeable and well-travelled, polite and just a great person to know. I highly recommend him. Please do yourselves a favor and hire him for your next project. Roman is the perfect handyman: knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, timely, skilled and thorough. He has done a number of projects on my house including framing for a new shower, building out seating in the mud room, assembling (and customizing) a walk-in closet, mouse proofing under the deck, and much more. He is always on time, speedy and thorough in his work, and has excellent rates. I highly recommend Roman for any jobs big or small, he always comes through with first class work and service. And he’s a really nice guy to boot. It really doesn’t get any better than this!

PRM completed an outdoor shed assembly project recently. Roman was professional, prompt and provided solid recommendations for simple upgrades that improved the long term durability of my outdoor shed. PRM completed their bid quickly, started early and were willing to stay late one day to get the roof on before the rain. This is the kind of contractor who does the project correctly, doesn’t cut corners but rather makes good decisions to insure that build quality doesn’t suffer. I especially liked how they don’t use cheap materials to lower the bid. If you don’t want to pay that much, they don’t give you a cheaper way to do it, they just recommend you find a different path. If you want your project done right the first time at a more than fair price with quality materials and workmanship, hire Roman.
