Fantastic workers! They put an amazing addition on our home and were flexible and responsive to all our requests as they went. The final product allowed us to get our laundry out of the basement and two dilapidated outdoor stairwells inside. We highly recommend you work with Adil and EA!

Adil and his team at EA Home Repair did an amazing job transforming our sunroom, an extremely small half bath and even smaller coat/storage closet into a first floor master bedroom suite that is fully handicapped accessible and beautiful. During a very difficult time for our family, Adil, in a very short time frame, drew up plans and began the work for this project. Throughout the work, Adil was compassionate, reliable, professional, flexible and patient. He communicated effectively throughout the project. He and his team are extremely professional and respectful. The covered the floors where they would walk, covered all our furniture and cleaned up after themselves including mopping the floors every night before eating. In our old Lakewood home, when Adil came upon opportunities to change the plan to enhance the beauty and function of the space, he communicated with me and included my wishes and suggestions wherever possible. He did so while remaining on budget. In the future, when I have any work needing to be done to my home, I will always use Adil and his team at EA home Repair. I cannot say enough or recommend him more highly! Thank you.

Adil and his team were amazing. They redid my whole bathroom top to bottom, ensuring that everything down to the pipes was upgraded. It turned out even better than I imagined. They also refurbished and painted my walls, laid down base board, and installed lights. Adil and his team transformed our large unfinished 1925 attic from rafters and loose floor boards into an absolutely stunning and modern suite. The finished space is approximately 700 square feet and includes two large rooms, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. The 10ft vaulted ceilings open the space, and the large exposed chimney adds character to the modern kitchenette. Tiling extends from the quartz countertop to the ceiling to create a beautiful accent wall in the main space, right across from the massive window overlooking the street and neighborhood. Adil and his team did everything and worked almost daily for months – electric, plumbing, framing, insulation, HVAC, windows, flooring, you name it. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, professional, and hard working. We never saw anyone slacking off and they all worked harder than I do. I got two other quotes from large construction firms and they wanted to apply the same cookie cutter formula to my attic – cap the ceilings at 8ft, box the chimney in drywall, and no kitchenette. When Adil came into my attic for the first time, I could see that he knew the potential the space had. He immediately started suggesting the layout, talking about how beautiful vaulted ceilings would be and discussing how to best showcase the brick chimney. He always had great style ideas, from the layout of the space to the cabinet colors and hardware. We worked out construction plans before starting and Adil worked with me and the city of Lakewood to get them approved. Adil handled obtaining all permits and inspections, which is an incredible feat in and of itself in Lakewood. Any issues were immediately addressed throughout the process and any modifications we requested were made. I’m a bit OCD but Adil had no problem making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The end result is gorgeous, and now our “attic” is the best thing about our home. My 2 year old daughter used to call it “the spooky” but dropped that name now that it is nearly complete. There are a few details left still but we are highly satisfied with the experience.
