Absolutely disappointing. Theft, squatting, and terrible professionalism. Do not, I repeat DO NOT, book their services. They left behind shampoo bottles, old food, pillows, etc. An incredibly violating experience. EDIT: They responded saying that they went over and above to help since I was out of state but I am also located in Columbus so not sure what theyre even taking about. Also I think he has me confused with another customer, I dont know anything about a truck breakin. The main issue here was THE SQUATTING on our property.

Very disappointed in their company – they stole our ladder & squatted in our property after fixing our lights (which were not installed correctly). NEVER use them. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
