Verde Building Solutions 6 years agoBUYER BEWARE of Verde Building Solutions aka B-SPOKE: I have had major leaks in my kitchen and deck. My inspector found LOTS of structural, exterior, roofing, HVAC, interior issues, etc. Now after 4 ½ months of living in my NEW home Verde Building Solutions aka B SPOKE ,have not completed the issues documented on the original punch list. I have gotten broken promises after broken promises.

Second Look Construction 4 years agoDerick and Second look construction did an amazing job on our clubhouse romodeling. From floors to painting to repairing leaks Derick and his team did it all in a timely manner. There professionalism and accomodations of our needs turned our project into our dream come true. The remodeling has increased the amount of rentals to benefit our community. We the HOA would definitely recommend second look construction to anyone looking for someone to complete a project in a timely and affordable way.

RO Contracting Inc a year agoI am a tech manager of a home security company and use RO Contracting for any damage claims. They do great work and are quick communicators. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Reynolds & Sons Construction 3 years agoDale Reynolds was our general contractor for building Mint Hill Eye, and I can’t say enough positive things about him. If you want a genuine, honest, local GC then go with Reynolds and Sons. They are pleasant to work with, and it’s always good to see him! I’m biased, but feel that the practice turned out beautiful and exactly what I had imagined. Thanks, Ya’ll!!
