Update: STILL DO NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND CONDUCT It’s very unprofessional of you, being the owner and playing the blame game and not taking ANY responsibility for the complete unprofessional conduct from your employees. How is it our fault that your team cannot respond to text or calls for week? How is it our fault that YOUR company cut the counter tops wrong, when it was made very clear what sink we got. Your company needs to take responsibility and not act like children. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. We hired Compass Home Solutions to do some drywall work and our entire kitchen remodel. At first, everything was great, their guys showed up same time for about a week to re-drywall our ceiling and dining area. The work was looking good and we were excited to get the kitchen done. Shortly after the guys get the drywall work done, their communication with us gets worse and worse. John, one of the project managers, doesn’t respond to calls or text and weeks have gone by and we haven’t heard from them about the status of the remodel, nothing. We have been left with an incomplete, torn apart kitchen for months and NO explanation, no time-line, nothing from Compass Homes. We finally got fed up with reaching out and not getting any kind of communication from anyone, that we sent an email saying we are taking them off the job and to let us know where we can pick up the materials. They still have yet to respond to that message. Highly disappointed in this company as they seemed very professional in the beginning. Please save your money and go with any other company, they are not worth a dime of your money.

A fuse went out in my AC system, and this is the company that my property manager uses. Compass home solution charged me $143.75 to change a $10 fuse. This has happened before, and Down Home East Ac and Heating charged me $70 for the same work. I informed my property manager to only use Down East going forward as their prices are literally half, and they do great timely work.

I can’t speak highly enough of Mike and his team. When selling my home, they repaired or replaced the house’s every blemish and imperfection with masterful efficiency. They were prompt, proficient, and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the experience was as simple as possible for us. I have done maintenance and construction work for many years. Now with my disability I needed help with the flooring in my bathroom and I contacted Compass Home Solutions for the help. They sent a team of two to do what was needed to be done to finish my flooring in the bedroom. In just a couple of hours Todd and Tyler repaired the floor and installed new flooring. The work was finished with great quality and workmanship. Todd and Tyler were very friendly, polite and had a great adatud. 👍 I know who to call on for any future issues and who to recommend to anyone who needs help with a project or advice. I was in the process of purchasing a home that required a window replacement. The glass company who was supposed to install the window had to cancel last minute and Compass Home Solutions stepped up to help and got the job done right and fast so our closing date wouldn’t get pushed back! Can’t recommend enough & Will absolutely utilize their services in the future.

Compass Home Solutions is a must for your home improvement needs. Quick to respond, reasonably priced, and quality work are the norm. I would not only recommend them to others, but I would call them again in a heartbeat for any work I needed done. Mike and his team are professionals and have experience in a variety of home improvement and renovation work. A go to contracting company for sure!
