Sitetec Inc 2 years agoThis company is currently working the apartment complex in Durham, NC. The workers are rude and messy. I found the workers gathered on my patio one morning with a microwave plugged into my patio outlet. The workers will also leave their clothes and trash in my pitted plants. The property manager said she will speak to the vendor, but this still continues. They also have unsafe practices with ladders around the property. I’ve seen one guy almost fall. Leaving ladders up so people can’t get out of their homes. It’s not safe all over.

Rapture Renovations 4 months agoAt this point this company has stolen our money and disappeared. We’ve tried contacting them for days with no response. Absolutely insane. They have a 3rd party call center with zero information or access to the actual company. I’m not even sure what to do at this point. Have tried call, text, voicemail, email and asked for Jeff never given a last name, who is supposed to be the owner and Kyle Moore who is the sales rep. Not sure where to go at this point.

Ram Jack 4 months agoSpectacularly bad experience. We paid to have our chimney reinforced as it was pulling away from the house. 18 months later, the chimney started pulling away from the house again. It took Ramjack ONE YEAR to come out to perform the warranty work. When they did, they showed us the mistake *they* made during the first $4,300 repair. During the warranty work, they caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to the roof, interior drywall, and interior trim. The attached photos are the damage *caused* by Ramjack, not repaired. They assured us they would pay for the damage to be repaired, though finding and coordinating contractors would be our responsibility. We reached out to multiple contractors to find a fair pricing, paid the contractors, and sent receipts to Ramjack. 5 months later and nobody will respond to emails, phone calls, requests for reimbursement, etc. Our experience has been that the company is incompetent and unethical.

NCA of the Carolinas, Inc a month agoNCA recently completed my home build and I am a very satisfied customer. The quality of their work actually exceeded my expectations. Hank always made himself available for any questions or concerns I had and always followed up throughout the entire process. Jeff, my superintendent, was also available for any questions I had and did a great job managing the job to completion. Jeff kept me updated on the day-to-day progress of the build. And aside from Hank and Jeff being good at what they do, they also are very kind and caring people. They were all truly a pleasure to work with! Definitely recommend!

Mike’s Home Repair a year agoExtremely positive experience with this team. Initial estimate was below two others we received. Santos (extensive exterior repair work) and Marcelo (exterior painting) are amazing. Both are absolute workhorses. Prompt, professional, and went above and beyond in all aspects. All involved are also extremely nice people. Will use this team and only this team for all future housework. A++
