Zani Construction NYC Corp 2 months agoWe had a great experience working with Zani Construction for our Park Slope apartment renovation. My husband and I had purchased a co-op apartment that required a new kitchen, bathroom and electrical. We also had a major project to convert an existing a window into a doorway to access our backyard. It is our first home and was our first renovation. We would have been very overwhelmed if we didn’t have a contractor like Landi. Landi took the time to explain the choices we had at every decision point and patiently answered our questions about what the nuances of each option were during the entire renovation. When we shared how much we loved the original 19th century details in our home, Landi took extra measures to ensure we didn’t have to sacrifice those details in order to make the apartment into our dream home. The highlight of the work was our floors and tiles. The crew was meticulous when it came to laying down our dining room’s herringbone floor and bathroom’s subway tile walls. I still impressed every time I see them. Converting the window into a doorway to access our backyard was equally as impressive. We were especially nervous about this task because the building is landmarked, but Landi and his crew were able to complete this with ease to the standards of the department. He was even able to save the original oak window frame casing which other contractors insisted we would never be able to save. Zani Construction is professional, communicative and knowledgable and we would recommend them to anyone who is renovating a place they love.

They are very professional and true experts in the business- they were always responsive to all my calls and concerns. The team exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the outcome; everything was done as clean as possible. Definitely will come back and would highly recommend them! Truly the best, thank you!

Turn Key Design & Construction, Inc 5 months agoWe had an amazing experience with Turnkey Design and Construction. Lance and Jose are amazing and we cannot recommend them enough. We had them refinish our floors, install mouldings, close a doorway, and create an arch to frame the entryway. They dealt with our co-op management board efficiently and professionally. They started and finished exactly on time, which was extremely important for us because we were on a very tight timeline. Jose has an amazing eye for detail and recommended things to us that we had not noticed or thought about. They did a great job with the crown mouldings, chail rails, and paneling in our foyer and around our window. Lance, Jose, and Steph were very responsive and kept us informed about what was happening. We received text messages from them daily with pictures of what was done that day. They did a great job and really stand by their work. We will certainly be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.
