Horrible experience! They came out and fixed our bathroom sink. They replaced the cartridge with a different brand without letting us know about the change and now our knobs turn all the way around AND they damaged our countertop, since then, they have not responded to any texts or calls to fix it. Do not recommend!!

Never got a response for a small job after 2 messages. Guess they don’t want business. Told them nevermind and did it myself, still with no response or apology for ignoring a simple request.

I needed a repair on a door frame that had become damaged. They responded within 90 minutes of my first call, scheduled a fix, and were very accurate about the cost. The work was excellent and we are very satisfied with our new safer door frame. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

John and his son came to my home and mounted my entertainment wall! They did a fantastic job and cleaned up. My entertainment wall is the best thing in my house. They are kind, reasonable, honest and i will be calling them for all my future needs!

Update: John was very responsive to the issue I had promised to come the next day and make it right. They came to do a few things around the house… namely paint a closet. All the sudden they were done and out the door after I paid and they cleaned up. There is paint ALL OVER MY CARPET and the ceiling and the baseboards.

John was fantastic and professional. I needed help fixing a platform bed that had some damage from a move– the ball bearing tracks were looking like they needed to be replaced. He was prompt and got the job done without any hassle. Service was even better than expected! We also had another issue in the house that needed fixing, and he took care of that too. Fair pricing. Was highly recxomended by west elm. John and his team are very professional and skilled at what they do. I had them install both TVs and they look flawless. Highly recommend this service and I will be hiring them again in the near future and for any handyman task, I would only trust the best. Glad to have found SWAT handyman.
