Easy to work with very patient and once they started working on it moved quickly. Graphic Homes, Inc 5 months agoWe went with graphic to build a new home things went well through the building process they returned calls answered questions,once we closed it was impossible to get anyone to call back or answer We had several major problems the first couple years. After a couple months the apron in front of garage developed a huge crack.No one from graphic ever came out to look at it,they sent the concrete contractor out,he was very disrespectful to my wife and told her we obviously rolled something heavy across it She responded that yes we had a bbq grill and grandkids bikes never heard back from Graphic so I had it repaired and sent them the bill they payed half my contractor it wasn’t compacted good. A year later my garage floor settled I had to hire a mud jacking company to come out and level it. 6 months after we moved in our main drain plugged had to have it cleaned ,thought th grandkids were using to much toilet paper. This happened every six months after 4 times I paid for a camera scan that reveale a big dip in the main drain a couple of feet after leaving the house acting like a trip called graphic several times, went to their office to talk to owner was told he wasn’t in the office left drove around the block and saw him and receptionist standing in the office I was so mad I couldn’t go back in.Called my realtor explained everything to him he called me back said he talked to the and they would get back to me,never heard back. I wouldn’t hire these clowns to build me a shed!
