I contacted the Baltimore Handyman Company about repairing a clothes rack and patching the holes in the closet in my bedroom. I sent the company a request for a quote online and a representative quickly contacted me. I explained the job to her, and she mentioned that someone would contact me back soon. A few minutes later the manager of the company, Jeff Rubin, contacted me and listened to the details of my project. He expressed his kind sentiments about it and scheduled me to have the work done in that same week! Jack was sent to my home to complete the job and his work is excellent. He quickly secured my clothes rack back on the wall and did a superb job plastering the holes. You cannot tell there were ever any holes in the wall now! After the job was done, Jeff, the manager, contacted me to make sure I was pleased with the work, he asked me if I had any questions and gave me his cell phone number to call him if I had questions at a later time. I am very impressed with Jeff Rubin and the Baltimore Handyman Company! They have excellent customer service, and I am pleased with the workmanship. I will definitely contact them for assistance regarding my home improvements. projects. PS – I forgot to mention during this time, my husband was in the hospital having major surgery and when I told this to Jeff and Shelley, a representative of the company, they were very kind and expressed sincere sentiments of support to me. Fantastic experience working with Jeff, Jack, and the team on dozens of projects for a newly purchased old house. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone that needs projects done, from small jobs to major projects. Our new built-in bookshelves and window seats look great!

This is one of the most honest and committed companies I have had work on our house in the past 25 years and we have had a least 4 different companies do various remodeling work. Their work is exemplary, the ideas fantastic, and every individual who came to work on the house was wonderful. They were all professional, courteous, timely, and took great pride in the work they did. Looking forward to future projects!

We have a 100 year old home with a large wrap around porch. Our goal is to keep the porch in great condition by maintaining the structural quality. We have worked with Jeff and Rick twice replacing rotted wood, replacing steps, adding hand rails and painting all floor boards. The quality of the work has been excellent. We are very happy with the results. Will use again!

In mid August, I communicated with Jeff Rubin via email several times over 4 days. He asked me to send him pictures of the job I wanted done, as well as the overall room. I got him everything by August 17, 2021. On August 20, 2021, I hadn’t heard back from him, so I sent another email asking if there was anything else he needed from me. He replied “No, I just need to get to it – sometime next week. Jeff” I have never heard from him since. This writing is dated October 5, 2021.
