Paul came and replaced a bathroom sink vanity top for us. He took out an old one with a damaged bowl and put in a granite top with a new widespread faucet. His quote was lower than the three other bids I got, and his work was top notch! He was polite and conscientious in his work. He showed us that the new faucet was operating properly without any leaks underneath. After he left we noticed some give in the faucet spout. I texted him with a video, and he came back to address the issue within 10-15 minutes. Would definitely use Pabak again in the future!

Paul was great! He was able to come to our home the same day he was assigned as our technician, made a thorough inspection of our water heater and said he would do his best to send his diagnosis back to our home warranty the same day! 9/2023 Update: Paul always delivers excellent services. Over the last month, he has completed several jobs at my home. He replaced 3 bathroom sink faucets, replaced the entire flushing unit for a dual flush toilet, did some exterior work, and today, repaired and repainted my kitchen ceiling that had left issues from a leak earlier this year. The ceing was also a splattered patterned ceiling and Oaul did his best to match the existing pattern as best he could. The best thing for me was that he prepared the area beforehand by covering everything, appliances, chairs, TV, counter tops, etc so that the dust and paint would not cover my counters, cabinetry and furniture. Great work Paul. Thank you. –Previous Paul and David of PABAK CONTRACTORS are the BEST! They arrived on the dot at the time scheduled. They worked on assembling a large 3 piece TV stand with Electric Fireplace insert. They handled the moving of my 65 inch OLED TV from the older stand with utmost care on account of the delicate screen panel and reinstalled it onto the new stand. They did a great job cutting out small round holes for my electrical cords and wires which were missing from the set. They worked as one, demonstrating fantastic teamwork. They treated me and my home with the utmost of care and respect. They also allowed me the satisfaction of testing out everything to ensure TV, Alexa, Internet and Fireplace worked as expected. All this was topped off by prices that were extremely competive, very fair and the best price compared to other quotes that I received. I did not let them leave until I discussed some other potential jobs for them in and around my home. I really respect and appreciate these gentlemen and consider them a rarity in providing excellent service in a world now saturated with mediocrity. Thank you Paul and David and keep up the good work. I opened a claim with my Home Warranty company early Monday & Paul was my assigned service contractor. He contacted me the same day & came out the very next day. He was extremely prompt in keeping me informed of his estimated arrival time and knowledgeable about the extent of the repair that I needed once he was on site. Even though he was unable to resolve my issue due to the size of the repair, he was professional and very informative about what the next steps were and what actions he would be taking. He is kind man and it was a pleasure meeting him.
