I called No Delay to have a light fixture in the kitchen replaced. I need it done fast and I need it done well because I use that property as extra income as an Airbnb. The gentleman came quickly. It was easy and it was done perfectly really appreciate his communication and the price.

Please be careful people! Saying he was unprofessional would be being far too polite. Fabian was consistently late, did poor work, and would not even show up on the days he said he would. It was so bad we had to constantly hound him to do the work he had already been paid to do. Absolutely horrible and honestly we regret ever giving him a chance. Stay far away if you like honest people who do their jobs.

I have hired him to do three jobs. On all the jobs he was late. On the last job he wanted $850 deposit to start the work and when we ended up cancelling him before he started the work he did not return the money. I will never do business with him again and advise others to be very careful.

Fabian is the best, he returned my call promptly, and came to my house and did the two jobs I needed done. He is very polite, considerate, honest, and thorough and I love that he is very honest with the clients, he told me upfront that he had never done a job of hanging canvas art on walls, but was willing to do it AND he did an awesome perfect job. He was very careful and precise measuring, testing heights, and asking me to approve or disapprove. I’m very glad that I “found” him and will call him every time I need something done. I highly recommend him.

My experience with no delay services has been a nightmare. They are not responsive they make time and dates to start the work no show no communication. Made promises to have my flooring installed in two days never done it’s been a month and the floors I need not even halfway done. I had to go out and look for some other contractor to finish the job he started I will never use this contractor or handyman again. I paid half down as required once money was received never came back had excuse and delay after excuse and without communication. Be very leery of no delay services not a reputable handyman service
