Need a handyman – call Chad!! He’s my goto guy for our Property Management business. It works great, I sent him out to do a repair and he’ll call me with recommendations That I can pass on to the homeowner to be proactive in the maintenance. I trust his opinion, he doesn’t overcharge, and of course he does a wonderful job. He’s prompt, courteous, and clean. Over the years, I’ve worked with a number of Handyman services. Some do the old bait and switch, some are just plain expensive, and some show up late. When I started working with Chad, I realized he does what he says, and says what he does, hes ontime, and super fair with his pricing. He is good people – I highly recommend him!!
