Two Jimmys Construction Llc 6 months agoBeware of this guy Haime. He acts like he will do the work but will immediately turn around and hire a GC under his license. Then, if there is any dispute with the owner, he cuts off the GC and walks away with the money.

The entire experience from the very beginning to the project completion is what I would consider a “white glove” service. The Communication is immediate and responsive, I know exactly what to expect on a daily basis. The initial consultation was attentive and they have a beautiful showroom. Any concern I had during the project was immediately addressed and resolved within the same day. Emmanuel personally showed up daily to ensure the project was going well. The tiles are installed beautifully with great pride and attention to detail. I highly recommend working with Emmanuel on any home renovation projects. The level of professionalism and attention to detail are rare in today’s environment. I look forward to working with Emmanuel and Camilo on many more future projects.

North Metro Landscapes 2 months agoIn response to North Metro’s response: this is an absolute lie. We have proof from 811 that your company never submitted a ticket prior to digging. We have emails from them regarding this matter and every ticket submitted for our property- none of which being from your company. The law requires this and North metro absolutely did not call 811. Of course EMC will deny their claim regarding the damage done to our property while digging because EMC is not at fault and shouldn’t be held responsible. It’s also a shame you all are trying to shift blame to EMC accusing them of not burying to code- if this were the case the home would not have passed inspection or been able to continue being built until corrected. North metro also did not follow the “Tolerance Zone” (effective July of 2014) stating there must be a tolerance zone of 18 inches on either side. They would’ve known where the power line was if they had called 811 though. Unfortunately we now have attorneys involved because of this major oversight on their part. It really is unfortunate you all are choosing to handle this situation this way. This company came out to do a driveway extension and drainage but unfortunately never called 811 to have all the electrical and gas lines properly marked. Due to this error they ended up cutting a major power line which blew out our AC costing us personally over $1,200. We were told we would be taken care of and reimbursed. That has been months ago and we still have not received any form of reimbursements. We have been given the run around and eventually Jessica stopped answering my husband’s phone calls about it. This is ridiculous and very unfortunate. We have a lot of work we would like done and would have spent a lot of money with the company. Instead they have left us with a huge cost due to their error, frustrated, and disappointed. We will be telling everyone we know about this.
