I would highly recommend Penney Brothers for any work needed around your house. I called and within the same day Kevin was at my place to take a look and give an estimate for replacing my front door steps. Kevin gave us a great price for the work and it was completed within a timely and professional manner.

I hired Penney Brothers Construction to remove and replace by front porch steps and steps in the garage going into the house. This is a great business, with competitive prices. Cliff White was the assigned builder and he did an unbelievable job. The front steps were narrow and slightly leaning forward. After removing the original steps, he had to make some adjustments due to the structure being uneven. That was no problem for Cliff. He figured it out, widened the steps and it looks beautiful. I can’t say enough great things about Cliff. He was prompt, professional and has a great personality. I recommend Penney Brothers Construction for any general contracting needs. I will definitely hire them and will be requesting Cliff for our future projects. Thank you Penney Brothers Construction!

I needed work done on the outside of my house where a squirrel had damaged my siding and had created an entrance. I called Kevin and he quickly came out and gave me an estimate and was able to get to work on the project in just a few days. He did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with his work.
