Nancy’s Remodeling 2 months agoShiraz listened and advised throughout my kitchen updating process – Countertops and backsplash. While there was a start delay due to unforeseen circumstances – the circumstances were discussed and I made the decision to alter my timeline. The bid was very competitive and I felt it was very fair. When making my product selections I was guided by the Shiraz (owner/general contractor) so that I would be choosing quality products at fair pricing. I was able to select and independently purchase the sink and faucet. The invoice was adjusted accordingly. Once I had the sink Shiraz made a special trip to my place to confirm that the sink and facet were defect free and they would work in my space. The quartz countertop and the one necessary seam came out beautifully…..I mention this because I have spoken to others that used different contractors and their seams are not as “fine” as mine. During countertop fabrication Shiraz was present to ensure the flow of the veining would be correct for my setting. My choice of backsplash lead to some challenges but Shiraz and I were able to discuss come to an agreement on how to address the challenges.

He was very good at communicating throughout the entire drying process, went above and beyond, and explained the steps and overall restoration procedure. Benson and Hard Hat Construction & Remodeling & Septice’s work has impressed me greatly, and I would use them again.

Turf Keepers a week agoIt’s unfair to send a price increase letter along with the current invoice reflecting the price hike(over 25%). The letter is dated July 1; was received after the 4th, and I have to pay the whole month regardless. Yes, I’m going with someone else as soon as this month is done.

K & C Tree & Shrub Services 3 months agoI’m so happy with the service we received. This is our first time getting tree trimming service and we can’t be happier and glad it worked out. Sandra was responsive and immediately came out to give us a quote which I found to be reasonable. I couldn’t be at the site for the tree trimming – Sandra maintained contact with me the entire time and sent photos. The place looks great – They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!
